Product Description

October's Box includes: 1. Happy Christmas Mini Quilt Pattern by Maker Valley. I’ve had the idea to miniaturize my Happy Christmas pattern ever since I wrote the original version, and I’m so thrilled that this box finally pushed me to take the time to do it! It is such a fun and fast make! I’m already gathering fabric to make a second one! ($8.95) 2. Happy Christmas Mini Quilt Kit by Maker Valley. This kit contains all the fabric you’ll need to make the quilt top for this mini pattern. This kit was a labor of love for you, my Maker Valley Quilter Box subscribers! It has 94(!) different fabric cuts and around 80 or more different fabrics! I really hope you take the time to make this mini quilt. It is a pretty quick make and such a fun decoration! I even thought it could be fun to somehow turn it into an advent calendar...maybe next year! ($40.00) 3. Pre-made binding by Simply Mackbeth. Made from the Swell Christmas line, this roll will bind up to a lap size ( 68 x 70 ) quilt. This item is 7 yards of 1.25” inch quilt binding (7- 2.5” strips folded in half) and is cut on the crosswise grain, NOT on the bias, but the strips are joined together on the bias to reduce bulk when attaching the binding to your quilt. This is ideal for quilt binding with straight edges or large curves. Kelli makes her bindings by hand! ($12.75) 4. Diagonal Seam Tape by Cluck Cluck Sew. That clever girl, Allison Harris, came up with this brilliant idea to mark a 1/4” line on your sewing machine with this easy-to-remove washi tape so that making HSTs are 10x easier! ($7.45) 5. Kwik Klip tool. If you pin baste your quilts before you quilt them (like the Happy Christmas Mini maybe?), then this tool will save your fingers! Once you use it, you’ll not know how you’ve lived without it! ($8.99) 6. Curved Safety Pins by Dritz. These are my favorite safety pins when it comes to pin basting my quilts. ($3.20) 7. A variety of six stickers from the 12 Notions of Christmas sticker collection by Maker Valley. This art (which we also have on a t-shirt) is one of my most favorite things that my husband, Dave (@statelytype), has made. Don’t tell the others but the iron is my favorite! ($6.00)
